She must eat at least 1 fruit before walk: apple or banana, then try to walk at a regular speed, do not force her body at this stage. Then after a few days she can ad more speed at the 10 minutes. Second stage its to add 5 minutes at regular speed, then increase speed and the cycle goes on until she walks 30 minutes at good speed.</description>

		<description>I am 35 and am extremely active and have been my whole life. My sister on the other hand is not and is morbidly obese. She has just recently come to me and asked for my help on loosing weight and eating better. Now I know what to do for a person that is 10, 20, 30 or even 50 lbs over weight, but with my sister, she is about 120 overweight and I just dont know how to go about giving her exercise advice. I dont know what it feels like to be that large and I dont want to push her too hard. Do you have any advice on exercise and caloric intake for  a person that overweight?
