Sleep To Lose Weight

If you are looking for a natural and healthy way to lose weight, you must take care of the quality and quantity of time you sleep every night.

A new study from the University of Chicago stated that when healthy people were deprived of the ability to reach deep, slow wave sleepo, the period oin which most of our growth hormone is released, for just threey days, their ability to process sugar dropped by 23 percent.

They essentially became insulin resistant in just seventy two hours. This just proves that we NEED 7 to eight hours of sleep a night.

What that means? At night when you are sleeping, your body process the sugar you consume during day, and burn it, but if you don’t sleep enough, the sugar can’t be processed at night so at the next day that sugar will become fat.

So, if you want to lose weight in a healthy manner, take care of your sleeping.
